In-stock orders typically ship from our California studio within 1–2 business days, usually via USPS. Most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping.

Our recommended U.S. holiday ordering deadline is December 14. We encourage ordering early, as carrier delays are outside our control.

It started with two cold dogs on a winter run.
Spot and Emma had cold noses, cold legs, and a bandana that never stayed put. I just wanted something that kept them warm and didn't need fixing every mile.
That fix turned into Pacific Hound. We design every print ourselves now, from scratch. Spot was part of all of it until we had to say goodbye to him earlier this year. Emma is still at my feet while I work, and Sunny, our newest rescue, has some big shoes to fill being a product tester.

Why are the widths different?
Width changes with size, and our core colors and seasonal prints are sized a little differently. The fit guide above shows the exact width and range for this collar.
Can it go in the water?
Yes. It's waterproof. If your dog swims in salt water, rinse the collar in warm water right after to protect the hardware.
How do I clean it?
Rinse it in warm water after muddy or sandy days. That keeps dirt, sand and salt out of the hardware so it lasts.
Is there a matching leash or scarf?
Some colors have a matching Odyssey Leash, and our seasonal prints have matching scarves. When there's a match, it shows up in the Make It a Set section above.
What if it doesn't fit?
Unused items can come back within 30 days for a refund. Customers cover return shipping.
