Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We ship most orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
During new collection launches, promotions, or the holiday season, processing times may extend slightly due to high order volume — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.

Please double-check your order details before checkout. Once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee that changes (like size, print, or address updates) can be made before shipping. If you notice an error, email us right away at info@pacifichound.com — we’ll do everything we can to help.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We currently offer:

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50

  • Flat-rate options for orders under $50

  • Expedited shipping options at checkout (rates vary)

All orders ship from our Southern California facility.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines begin once your order ships (not from the time of purchase).

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on customs and location

Please note that these are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.


International Orders

We currently ship to select international destinations.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Unfortunately, we can’t control or predict these charges, and they’re not included in the item or shipping price.

International delivery times vary by region and customs processing speed.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier.
Pacific Hound is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages unless package protection was purchased at checkout.

If you did purchase package protection, we’ll replace or refund your order (your choice) after verifying the issue.
If protection wasn’t purchased, please contact your local carrier office directly to file a claim — we’re happy to provide any documentation you need to support it.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Please double-check your shipping information carefully before completing your order.


Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

If an item is marked as a pre-order, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page.
Any in-stock items purchased with a pre-order will ship together once the pre-order is ready unless stated otherwise.

If you’d like the in-stock portion shipped separately, please place two separate orders.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, take photos before opening and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.


Carrier Delays

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but once an order is with the carrier, delivery delays are beyond our control — especially during peak seasons or severe weather. We recommend using your tracking link to follow real-time updates.
