We recommend rinsing your collar after each adventure in warm water to remove any dirt, sand or salt that may impact the longevity of your hardware. If you do choose to wear your collar in salt water, be sure to rinse it immediately after use to prevent salt-erosion.

We’re a small, family-run shop that ships from an external warehouse (my house is already overflowing with dog hair and toys). Because of that setup, we’re not able to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges—unless your item arrives damaged.

What this means:

We can’t process returns/exchanges for wrong size
We can’t take items back if you change your mind
Only damaged items are eligible for a replacement or refund.
