The Wild Love Bandeau Scarf is Valentine’s Day with a fresh, outdoorsy twist. With a soft blush base and scattered florals in warm, vintage tones, it’s sweet without being over-the-top—perfect for February walks, pup dates, and “just because” days when your dog deserves a little extra love.

First introduced in 2015 as our flagship product, our signature Bandeau Scarf features a built-in twist that loops once around your dog’s neck for a snug, stylish fit—no snaps, ties, or tricks required. Each scarf is finished with our vegan mountain tag for that touch of rugged Pacific Northwest charm.

1. Measure the thickest part of your dog's neck or head using a soft tape measure.

2. Account for fluff - If your pet is between sizes, go up! Long haired dogs (shepherds, goldens) almost always need to size up.

It Started As A Mission To Keep Spot & Emma Warm

Alysson Kuhns never set out to be a business owner, but Pacific Hound became the perfect accident. With a master’s degree in Sport Psychology, she once had her sights set on coaching collegiate track and field—until life (and two dogs, Spot and Emma) had other plans.

What started as a simple mission to keep her pups warm during freezing Kansas mornings turned into a booming business, first on Etsy and later as the full-fledged brand, Pacific Hound. Fueled by a love for the outdoors, adventure, and of course, dogs, Alysson rebranded in 2018 and never looked back. Today, Pacific Hound is more than just a business—it’s a testament to persistence, creativity, and community, connecting thousands of like-minded adventurers across the world.
