Since 2015, our flagship Bandeau Scarf has kept pups stylish and snug with its built-in twist that loops once around the neck—no snaps, ties, or fuss required. Finished with our vegan mountain tag for that rugged PNW charm, it’s ready for your next summit push or Sunday trail walk.

How To Size

1. Measure the thickest part of your dog's neck or head using a soft tape measure.

2. Account for fluff - If your pet is between sizes, go up! Long haired dogs (shepherds, goldens) almost always need to size up.

3. Pay attention to the material listed above. Waffle scarves stretch a bit; flannel does not. Choose accordingly.

4. View sizing guide to determine final size. Please remember, not every breed will fit perfectly into each category. Measuring your dog is the best way to ensure a good fit.

Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We will honor returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If Pacific Hound needs to remove dog hair from the product, the customer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted upon time of receipt. To request a return or exchange, please fill out the form listed below and return with your items to the address listed on the form. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs upon receiving your return.

Refunds

You will be notified by email once we have received your returned item.

 

If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to our team at info@pacifichound.com and we will provide a return shipping label. 

 

In the case that you receive an incorrect product, Pacific Hound will gladly provide a return shipping label. We do not offer shipping refunds of any kind for size exchanges.  

 

If the item(s) are approved for a return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

 

Lost/Stolen Products

Pacific Hound is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages UNLESS the customer has purchased package protection upon checking out. With Package Protection, all orders will either be re-shipped or refunded upon the customer's request.

Waffles- Medium Weight: This fabric has a lot of stretch, so these scarves will drape more loosely compared to a stiffer material like flannel.

 

Flannels - Heavy Weight: Flannel is a non-stretch material, giving it a more structured feel. It's also known for being incredibly soft.

Beautiful scarf

I love the design of the scarf. It is a heavy fabric & will be great for cooler days, which unfortunately is not today. My dog is a husky/chow/shepherd mix around 65 lbs & the large fits her perfectly.

It Started As A Mission To Keep Spot & Emma Warm

Alysson Kuhns never set out to be a business owner, but Pacific Hound became the perfect accident. With a master’s degree in Sport Psychology, she once had her sights set on coaching collegiate track and field—until life (and two dogs, Spot and Emma) had other plans. 

 

What started as a simple mission to keep her pups warm during freezing Kansas mornings turned into a booming business, first on Etsy and later as the full-fledged brand, Pacific Hound. Fueled by a love for the outdoors, adventure, and of course, dogs, Alysson rebranded in 2018 and never looked back. Today, Pacific Hound is more than just a business—it’s a testament to persistence, creativity, and community, connecting thousands of like-minded adventurers across the world.
