We will honor returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If Pacific Hound needs to remove dog hair from the product, the customer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted upon time of receipt. To request a return or exchange, please fill out the form listed above and return with your items to the address listed on the form. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs upon receiving your return.
Refunds
You will be notified by email once we have received your returned item.
If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to our team at info@pacifichound.com and we will provide a return shipping label.
In the case that you receive an incorrect product, Pacific Hound will gladly provide a return shipping label. We do not offer shipping refunds of any kind for size exchanges.
If the item(s) are approved for a return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.
Lost/Stolen Products
Pacific Hound is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages UNLESS the customer has purchased package protection upon checking out. With Package Protection, all orders will either be re-shipped or refunded upon the customer's request.
