Cold weather calls for cozy scarves and thankfully Pacific Hound has you covered! The bandeau scarf is unique to Pacific Hound and is our flagship product introduced in 2015. All scarves have a built-in twist and loop around your dog's neck one time. Scarves are complimented with our signature vegan leather mountain tag. When you're ready to adventure, simply slip your Pacific Hound scarf over your dog's head and you're ready to go.
All scarves are classified by weight ranging from light weight to heavy weight. You should expect heavier scarves to fit snugger.
The Aurora Scarf is medium weight and flannel.
How to Size for Dogs:
- Measure the thickest part of your dog's neck or head.
- Account for fluff - if your pet is between sizes, go up! Long haired dogs (shepherds, goldens) almost always need to size up.
- Pay attention to the weight listed above - heavier scarves will have a tighter fit.
- View sizing guide to determine final size. Please remember, not every breed will fit perfectly into each category. Measuring your dog is the best way to ensure a good fit.
How to Size for Humans:
- Measure the circumference of your head.
- Size recommendations: Adults (XXL), Teenagers (XL), Young Children (L), Infants (M)
- If you have doubts, PLEASE measure your children.
Care:
- Wash all scarves in cold water & lay flat to dry

I was tempted to purchase more than one scarf when looking through the Pacific Hound website, but with this being my first purchase, I wanted to test the water with one order. Let me reassure you...when I received my order, I was thrilled. It is adorable on my girl, the flannel is super cozy and I LOVE the ability to customize a name tag. She doesn't scratch at it like she does with some of the bandanas that she wears, which tells me the scarf is comfortable for her. Sizing was spot-on, too (make sure you measure your dog's neck). The scarf keeps her nice and warm in cold weather. BTW, now that I know the quality of the product, I've ordered more and can't wait to receive them!
