Returns
We’re a small, family-run shop that ships from an external warehouse (my house is already overflowing with dog hair and toys). Because of that setup, we’re not able to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges—unless your item arrives damaged.
What this means:
We can’t process returns/exchanges for wrong size
We can’t take items back if you change your mind
Only damaged items are eligible for a replacement or refund.
Before you order, please double-check the size chart. If you’re unsure, use the "need help" button found on the bottom right corner—we’re happy to help you find the right fit. And if something arrives damaged, email us right away so we can make it right.
Lost/Stolen Products
Pacific Hound is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages UNLESS the customer has purchased package protection upon checking out. With Package Protection, all orders will either be re-shipped or refunded upon the customer's request.
